In 2009 Anna travelled around Australia for many weeks, visiting remote and wild places such as the Kimberley and Pilbara regions of Western Australia. Anna kept a sketchbook-diary and attempted to do at least one drawing a day, particularly concentrating on the small elements which caught her attention such as plants, seeds and shells.
